My Intentions

I understand the conventions of a thriller genre to be simple to do which doesnt look amatuer. It will maily start with either a video clip of what the storyline is eg: drugs etc. this happens while the credits are being shown. it might just be a musical background while the credits are beign shown it shows a describing the setting eg: shots of a war scene.
Through the my target audience research i have found that most people we asked prefer to watch thriller movies. i also found out that most people go to the cinema under 10 times a year and the target audience would mainly be 14-18 years.
therefore i plan to mee the conventions of a thriller film by making it simple to make, but not looking poor and having a short clip of setting the scene while the credits are being shown.
however i plan to challenge the conventions by making it diffenent to a typical thriller film because it would look good to keep the same genre but doing something different with it.
